Ein großes Anliegen Wolfgang Robbes ist es, seine künstlerischen Projekte in Relation zu Architektur, öffentlichem wie auch privatem Raum zu entwickeln und zu realisieren. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei vor allem auf der frühzeitigen Integration bei Architekturprojekten wie auch auf der lebendigen Kooperation mit den beteiligten Architekten. |
One of Wolfgang Robbe`s main goals is the development and realization of his artistic projects within the framework of architecture; in terms of both public and private space. His emphasis here lies above all on integration with archhitectural construction projects from an early stage on, as well as on lively cooperation with the participating architects.. |

Port Würth 2000 Vorne: die Ruheinseln Mitte: der Eingang -Hinten: das Restaurant/Café Integriertes Kunstwerk für das Baupro-jekt eines Verwaltungs- und Kultur-gebäudes in Egna, Italien. Sehr frühzeitige Zusammenarbeit mit dem Architekturbüro HPP. Unterwasserbild mit flachem Becken, Wechselspiel zwischen Spiegelung des Raumes und Transparenz hin zum innenliegenden Unterwasserbild, unendlich viele Perspektiven auch unter den wechseln-den Lichtverhältnissen. Das Eintreten in die weite Halle als Thema. Ruheinseln mit Blick in die Berge wie auch ein auf Inseln gelagertes Restaurant/Café. |

Underwater painting in a flat-based pool, game of alternations between the mirror of the space and the transparency towards the inside underwater painting, infinite perspectives are also created by the changing light conditions. Reclining islands with a view onto the mountains as well as to a restaurant/cafe situated on one of the islands. |

Bundespool 1999 Vorschlag einer Wasserplastik für den Innenhof des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Technologie in Berlin, Goerckehof, offener Wettbewerb. In ei-nem flachen, ruhigen Wasserbecken mit dunklem Grund stehen mattgesand-strahlte Stühle aus Niro-stahl in der Zahl der existierenden Bundesländer jeweils auf einem teppichartigen, individuellen Unterwassermosaik. Unendlich viele Perspektiven durch Spiegelung und Transparenz. Das un-merklich hervortretende Wasser verläßt das Becken am Haupteingang des Gebäudes in eine im Boden liegende vertikale Resonanzröhre. Hier trifft es in der Erde auf ein kleines Becken und produziert ein konstantes Geräusch, welches durch die Röhre verstärkt wird. |
